THE ISSUE

During construction phase, a floor-by-floor deep clean was required in order to make ready the building for occupation by various public-service functions, which were to relocate from existing offices around the city. Following full occupation, the brief was to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the building, most of which is open to the public.

In addition, the building hosts numerous events throughout the year such as presentations and public ceremonies, which are often attended by governmental dignitaries. Providing cleaning services for these events was also part of the brief.

Now that the building is fully occupied, we conserve the pristine environment with the help of regular strategic reviews with a dedicated account manager. The strong relationship we have established with the client team enables us to involve the client in the service provision, which in turn helps us serve the objectives of the users and the client.
