The scope and scale of the cleaning operation is enormous. The client needed 24-7 facilities management services in line with RICS guidelines. The brief included daily and periodic cleaning services in every area of the centre from ground to roof level, internal and external, and demanded the flexibility to accommodate building works, refurbishments and the many events the centre hosts.

THE SOLUTION

We put in place an excellent team, headed by an experienced manager, who enjoys the full support of the client and who works with the client as if she were an employee. This is a good example of our partnership approach which sees us become a seamless part of the client’s operational team.

In addition, our investment in the latest equipment has helped us deliver the high standards expected in a premium retail environment; we utilise over 60 pieces of machinery including scrubber dryers, mechanical sweepers, escalator machines, carpet machines, sky vacs, road sweepers, gritters, jet washers, scissor lifts, wet and dry vacuums, gum removers and steamers to ensure our client presents a pristine environment for its customers, who include centre tenants.
