Grosvenor Services works with clients to determine the best times for carrying out daily duties, usually outside of store opening hours. We then monitor and service sites throughout the day, paying particular attention to high foot fall areas. This ensures a clean, safe and welcoming space for your customers.
No two days are the same in retail, so a strong working relationship is key. We strive to be more than a service provider for our retail clients – we aim to become part of the team. On our existing contracts, we often join the daily huddles, as well as operations and project meetings. Our proactive on-site and account management teams maintain communication with client representatives onsite. We are always ready to step in for additional requirements, whether these are down to changes in scope, building extensions, events, etc. Flexibility and effective communication are key to making our partnerships work.
