Grosvenor Services are specialists in premium retail. We are proud to count Westfield Shopping Centre, Europe’s largest shopping centre, among our UK retail clients. In Ireland, our retail portfolio includes contracts such as Kildare Village, where we have been working since the luxury outlet opened in 2006.
We are continuously looking for ways to improve our service. Our Procurement and HSEQ teams keep up to date with the latest cleaning, security and facilities management innovations. Grosvenor Services works with clients to determine the best times for carrying out daily duties, usually outside of store opening hours. We then monitor and service sites throughout the day, paying particular attention to high foot fall areas. This ensures a clean, safe and welcoming space for your customers.
No two days are the same in retail, so a strong working relationship is key. We strive to be more than a service provider for our retail clients – we aim to become part of the team. On our existing contracts, we often join the daily huddles, as well as operations and project meetings. Our proactive on-site and account management teams maintain communication with client representatives onsite. We are always ready to step in for additional requirements, whether these are down to changes in scope, building extensions, events, etc. Flexibility and effective communication are key to making our partnerships work.
Just as we aim to go above and beyond on our contracts, we understand that retailers and shopping centres aim to provide a total experience for their customers. We therefore train our operatives to provide an excellent standard of customer care in line with that provided by our clients. This further strengthens our one team approach and ensures we deliver the first-class service expected by your customers.
