Group Managing Director
Bernard is the Group Managing Director and part of the same family that established the business in 1959.
He takes pride in ensuring that his leadership team demonstrate the strong family ethos of providing a personalised, locally managed service.
Bernard began his career after university achieving a B.S.C in Management.
He helped establish the USA business in the 80’s and opened the UK business in 1989.
With over 30 years’ experience in the cleaning and facilities management market Bernard understands what is required to enable the business to provide an excellent service to our clients.
With over 20 years’ experience in the facilities management industry Colin first joined the company in Oct 2015 and was promoted to Commercial Director UK and Ireland in Sept 2021 after working six years as part of the Commercial team as Business Development Manager and Head of Client Solutions.
The main goal of his Commercial Director role is in developing and implementing commercial strategies for retention of existing business and growth of new business.
Group Executive Officer
Shree McKeever is the Group Executive Officer at Grosvenor Services and has responsibility to provide di-rection and assistance in multiple areas of the business.
Shree has been with the business for over 18 years and provides excellent leadership experience to many departments of the business. Shree’s responsibility also extends to assisting in the development of the strategic direction and planning of the business. This includes ensuring the cultural and people aspects of the business are achieved. Shree also has an important role in CSR and sustainability.
Shree also has an important role in communication and customer relations with key clients.
Group Operating Officer
Kieran joined us from the Bicester Village collection and has over 20 years of client operational experience.
Kieran joined in July 2018 to focus on client service delivery, retention, and operational efficiency in Ireland & UK. He has played a key role in remodelling our business operations.
Chief Financial Officer
Paul joined the business in 2012 as an accountant for the facility and security companies.
Following investment by the company in his development, Paul is now a chartered management accountant responsible the entire group in Ireland the UK and the USA.
Director of Governance & Compliance
George joined us in 2013 as our Head of HSEQ, with over 40 years of experience at director level, in the facilities management and security sectors, both internationally and in the UK.
With a focus on incident reduction and safe practices we have achieved substantial reductions in both incidents numbers and severity over the last 10 years.
Head of HR
Joe joined Grosvenor in October 2023 as Head of HR with overall responsibility for Ireland and the UK.
Joe has worked for 13 years in senior HR roles within the hospitality industry across Ireland and the UK, most recently with CLIFF and prior to that Jurys Inns. Joe has a degree in HR from the National College of Ireland and is a member of the CIPD.
