Zurich is one of our most important clients. Our history goes back almost 30 years. We understand what they require from a cleaning services provider, and we know how to deliver and exceed their expectations.

As prime cleaning contractor, we provide internal and external daily cleaning services to the Zurich estate across Blackrock, Ballsbridge, IFSC and Wexford. The services provided include:

The Challenge

Due to the nature of the business and sites, Zurich has a constant fluctuating number of visitors and clients. Our on-site team plan as much as possible to ensure staffing levels are adequate to keep the cleaning standards of every location to the high level expected.

The Solution

The contract is managed from our onsite team and supported by dedicated Area Managers. They have day to day contact with the site supervisors and regular site meetings with our cleaning team and Zurich representatives.

To provide a high level of customer service, we ensure our staff are experienced and trained to work in such environments. This is key as they have regular contact with the building users.

The Results

We have succeeded in all audits and the client has remained continuously happy with our service. Additionally, our Cleaning Supervisor at Zurich Ballsbridge was nominated for the Irish Contract Cleaning Association Industry Award.
